Ali has been a stylist at Urban Edge since 2002 and has served as salon manager for over 12 years. An American Board Certified HairColorist, she is now also specializing in hair enhancement (extensions) and hair loss (integration). Ali is a firm believer in continuing education, and she strives to keep up to date with the latest styles, color, techniques, and hair replacement systems. From the life changing Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment to the latest Goldwell and J Beverly Hills color and cutting techniques.

Stacy has been a hair stylist for over 17 years and a part of the Urban Edge team since 2009. She uses Redken Color, is Brazilian Blowout certified and has advanced training in color techniques and application. She specializes in Men's cuts and is great with kids. She strives to help her clients choose and achieve their most complimentary look. Stacy is a very positive person and finds joy in life. She is always listening to music and loves yardwork. Her children are her world!

Jeanne has been a licensed hair stylist since 2003.  She enjoys being a part of the team at Urban Edge and especially loves to participate in learning new styles and techniques related to her craft.  Specializing in precision haircuts, no hair type is too challenging for her. She enjoys working with color from the bold and dramatic to the natural sun kissed look. She is also certified in the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing System, an excellent way to control frizz as well as lock in color.

Looking for a way to express her creativity after High School, Darla started in the industry in 1987. She is certified in the Matrix HairColor line, and is an active member of "Behind the Chair", an online source for the latest in the beauty industry. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, horseback riding, swimming, and attending local concerts!

Darla works Wednesdays, Fridays and some Saturdays.

Justina has been a stylist in the Rogue Valley since 2004. She loves to do Men's haircuts and can really rock a style makeover. Using Redken Color Line, Justina will consider your desired result, your hair's condition, and your skin tone and coloring to create your custom color formulation. She uses your face shape and lifestyle to determine the most flattering haircut for you, based on your preferences. When she’s not at work, Justina loves to spend time with family and friends, playing darts, listening to music, and cooking.

Julie has been working as a stylist in the Rogue Valley since 2004. She is certified in the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing System and takes advantage of all color and blonding education.  Julie also does full body waxing, using a soy wax. Waxing appointments are only during the day on Tuesdays and evenings on Thursday and Fridays.  Julie is dedicated to the health and vitality of the hair with top-of-the-line products, using and retailing Kevin Murphy.

Ashley is an enthusiastic hairdresser! While she’s been a professional hairdresser for a year, she’s been doing it “for fun” her entire life. She loves doing color, highlighting, playing with vivids, and giving someone a flattering style for their face and personality. She is always pursuing bettering her craft by learning new things and techniques - taking extra classes on blonding, balayage, and cutting. She is currently working towards her Dream Catchers extension certification. When Ashley isn’t at work, she’s happiest spending time with family. She also loves hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors.  She’s even been skydiving several times.

Jennifer is a dedicated and talented Nail Artist with over 20 years’ experience.  Trained by one of the best Nail Artists in California, her clients know they will get amazing results at every appointment. As a nail technician, Ce’zanne takes great pride in the quality of her work and making people feel comfortable in a loving, safe environment. She specializes in Form built acrylics, inlay designs and hand painted nail art, as well as manual exfoliated pedicures, circulatory and facia massage. When she’s not doing her nail art, she’s spending time with her two children. Her family lives in the Applegate because she’s a country girl at heart and loves nature. Ce’zanne also love to cook and bake, largely thanks to her father, who was a French Chef.

With over 30 years of experience in the nail industry, Cindy specializes in sculptured acrylic nail application, utilizing exclusively the Young Nails product line.
